These guys are amazing! Great customer service, very friendly, very knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. I got my cover installed in September, it is now almost March and I had a few questions about the Alumawood material. I texted the consultant and he immediately responded, mind you, he moved out of state and no longer works for the company. He answered my questions anyway and put me back in touch with the owner. The owner came out very quickly and helped me with what I needed. They definitely stand by their product and the customer service doesn't stop once it's installed. I highly recommend this place. And I don't recommend lightly.

Great service! Ernie came and did a consultation. He was very thorough and explained things well and even gave recommendations on what would look good with our home. Great experience all around. I was quoted outrageous prices from 2 other companies which offered to install my patio cover. Close to 12 grand for a lumiwood setup. Got an honest and competitive quote from The Patio Cover company for half the cost and the quality was just as good, with lights and gutters installed (and factored into the initial quote). On the day of installation, it took them the day to install—which was quick as far as I am concerned. I bought 2 outdoor fans which they installed for me as well. Needless to say, I was extremely pleased with the whole experience and workmanship. Mike and his crew are honest and not looking to railroad anyone when it comes to fair and honest pricing. I highly recommend Mike and his company to anyone looking for patio work to be done on their new home!

Everything went smoothly. They put it up in one day; no hiccups, no partially done work, no mess, no damage to the house structure. nothing except a beautiful new backyard cover. I highly recommend this company. Mike was fare in his prices, kept his word on how quickly it would be. Took off speakers I originally had on my house and re-hung my ring camera, which was not on the contract. They put up my patio with dimming lights in 2 days. We contacted the patio covering company on a Saturday morning and do glad we did!!! We are extremely pleased with it. From start to finish it was a very smooth process. Mike came to our home the same day I called. From start to finish it took only 2 days!!! His team was amazing and very efficient. We recently got a new puppy and they and new puppy loved having them/him around! Lol before our pool area was a wasted space…. But not no more!!! We might just start charging an admission fee because Mike and his team did such an excellent job!!! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Patio Covering Company!!!! Arrived at 7:15am, had our 12x71 foot roof finished by 3:30, including fan installation and electrical outlet for lights. Excellent workmanship, and an impeccable quality product. It was ok for awhile but the heat was too much to get used too in the summer. So we decided to get some bids. Many companies we contacted said our job was not one they wanted to quote on. From the beginning to completion, these guys were professional, efficient and conscientious. We met with Tommy a couple times to help decide on a design and finish the quote. He was very patient and worked with us on a good design for a freestanding patio cover for our park model home. Absolutely love the privacy slats that he suggested! Mike and his team did the anchors for the posts and completed the install quickly and competently. They even installed a ceiling fan for us and lighting on this quality insulated structure. They communicated with us throughout the process and helped to walk us through the steps and timeliness for the different phases of the process. Mike and the crew were early on build day, and completed the project within a matter of hours.
